Andele Restaurant is a spacious, casual choice that’s perfect for dining with friends, family, and guests. Enjoy a wide range of freshly prepared Andele salsas with homemade tostada chips. Tacos al carbon – $11.50

What is an authentic mexican taco? Simply answered, it is improvised cooking in a folded tortilla. Our style is from the west central region of mexico. White corn tortillas topped with flame-broiled beef, pork or chicken with grilled onion, wedges of lime, cilantro and a choice of salsas on the side. The joy is to experiment.... Try one with grilled onion and green salsa with a squeeze of lime, another with red salsa and cilantro. The choices are limitless. Served with frijoles charros (a spicy bean soup) and garnished with your choice of mexican coleslaw or lettuce and tomato.
